RETURN POLICY
We hope the purchases you make at zebulonUSA.com meet your high standards. In the event that a product does not fit or meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange (subject to availability.) This applies to new, unused, unwashed product only. All items must have their original packing including tags as applicable.
Returns by Mail
1. Complete the returns/exchanges section on the back of your order's packing slip and include it with your return.
2. Specify whether you want a refund or exchange (subject to availability).
3. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the product's item number. Include color and size choices, and any other information that is applicable. All exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange cannot be made, your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount.
