I don't see my size or color listed-is it available
It never hurts to send us an e-mail to inquire. We MAY have access to larger sizes or additional colors, but have chosen not to list them due to perceived low sales volumes. If we have access to an item you are looking for, we can add the product to our listing.

What are "Pike's Picks"
We've made this especially confusing as there are two answers.
1) "Pike's Picks" is our monthly/quarterly e-mail Newsletter. Signing up for this will allow you to learn about our latest products, special offers (newsletter only discounts) and other news and information we feel are of interest to our customers. Visit "Newsletter Sign Up."
2) Pike's Picks are also products especially favored and promoted by zebulonUSA.com. We choose these favorites due to their notable material construction, overall quality, or value. Our own personal endorsement if you will. These items are identified as Pike's Picks throughout the website.

Do you have a mail order catalog
We do not currently have a mail order catalog, but believe this is in the future of zebulonUSA. First, we need you to help us grow to a suitable size.

Are all of your products Made in the USA
Yes, as noted in the product descriptions, all of zebulonUSA.com's products are Made in USA!, Union Made in USA!, or Made in USA of Domestic & Imported Materials as described by the manufacturer.

Why should I buy American Made products
We at zebulonUSA.com believe there are as many answers to this question as those willing to answer it.
We can only tell you why we prefer to Buy American. It begins with having personally watched many layoffs take place in the American manufacturing industry. We wondered how this could be taking place as the nation was on a continuous spending spree. It was determined that this spending was not being made on American Made products. Intuitively, it seemed if these dollars were being spent on items Made in the USA, the layoffs would not be taking place and the US economy would be much stronger.
Another important factor is that we believe it is important to maintain the capability to produce a wide variety of "widgets" within the USA. We suspect the nation would be surprised at the lack of capability in both available equipment and knowledgeable operators. This equipment and knowledge can not be created immediately during a time of need (such as political or military turmoil). It is therefore important to support maintain such capability now. Purchasing American made products does just that.

Why do American made products cost more
First, zebulonUSA.com does not necessarily believe that this is true. When comparing like-quality products there is usually little difference in price. For instance, compare our pant pricing to other well known brands. Compare our well made bags and luggage to others of similar quality. We are confident you will find our prices most competitive.

Further, we have all heard of companies closing US manufacturing facilities to outsource their products off-shore. Have you ever heard of them lowering the price of their goods following such a move

Finally, undoubtedly some American made products cost more than some similar imported products. This is often said to be due to the cost of the high-wage American worker. There is likely some truth to this. However, we believe a more critical factor is volume. The higher the number of any given product made, the lower the cost. Many of the manufacturers remaining in the US are small to mid-size companies. They are competing against manufacturers producing product volumes many times their own. If there is a difference in pricing, it is likely due to this. As more of us Buy American, perhaps this difference will shrink.

Why is there no 2-day air or overnight shipping options
zebulonUSA does not stock all items listed on the website. We stock only the most popular items/sizes/colors. However, to offer a more broad selection we also list items that can be shipped on short notice from our suppliers. This extra communication and/or shipment time is then added to the estimated shipping time. Also, due to our small staff size, we cannot guarantee an order will be shipped within the usual 24 to 48 hours. For these reasons, we don't think it is then fair to charge for, or even offer, the option of express delivery. When you help us grow to a suitable size, we can begin to offer this and other (extra) services.
